TG Connect was born out of the need to offer innovation in traditional advertising medium. The brainchild of a group of advertising industry veterans, TG connect was conceptualized after sensing the need to offer a win-win situation to all stakeholders, be it advertisers, consumers or owners.

After successfully venturing into conventional outdoor business, TG connect was formed out of a dream of providing a unique, innovative advertising platform to the brands. Our Story

Way back in 2007 Public Information (PI) system was introduced in Western Railway, however, it was not generating any revenue for the Railways. We took this challenge upon us and after a in-depth research we came with an innovative advertising solution using Public Information (PI) system inside Railway compartments in Mumbai local trains.

This innovative model helped Railways in generating revenue through PI systems. In this model, the audio advertisement for the brand plays in between two PI announcements by the railway. This innovative model has not only helped the railways to generate huge revenue through advertising but also given a new medium for brands to promote their products. We can proudly say that Captive audience is the USP of this medium since approximately four million commuters travel through Mumbai Locals on a daily basis. With a vision to give back to the railways and the general public, we have initiated the train-ke-sitare campaign to felicitate brave hearts who have saved lives on the Mumbai local trains. Thus we shall encourage masses to help those needy individuals in distress situations.

Taking the PI advertising concept a step further, we recently introduced an interactive concept wherein commuters can participate in contests and win exciting prizes for themselves, making their journeys a much more enjoyable experience.

Free Wi-Fi on transit media will provide commuters access to the internet and make their journeys enjoyable.

On the other had we shall generate revenue by offering digital advertisement opportunities to various brands on this Wi-Fi network helping us settle our capital expenses incurred in setting up the Wi-Fi system. TG Connect will help in contributing its bit to the dream of ‘Digital India’ initiated by our respected Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi.
